Managing Director
Matthew began his certification career in 2007, spending a decade with a UKAS-accredited certification body before establishing the consultancy in 2017. His focus includes quality, environmental and health and safety management systems.
Rachele Pfund
ISO & R2 Expert Consultant
Rachele supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and R2 work. Her background includes certification-body experience and Sustainability and Environmental Sciences, with projects spanning a range of sectors.
Tom Burchell
ISO Expert Consultant
Tom joined the business in July 2022. His work includes internal audits, assessment preparation and developing practical management systems for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Steve Butler
ISO and Health & Safety Expert Consultant
Steve brings experience from construction and manufacturing. A Chartered Health & Safety Practitioner, his work focuses on practical risk-based advice and management systems suited to client operations.
Debbie Elwell
SIA ACS Expert Consultant
Debbie joined the team in September 2020 and specialises in the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme. She supports security businesses with their management arrangements and preparation for ACS assessments.
